Did This Hook Always Look This...Unprofessional?

This is the Hook on which you set your Charms, if you couldn't guess.

The textures on the outer parts are fine.

It's when you look at the sides on the inside when things go weird.

The top one looks like something made in G-Mod, and the base is a whole lot of...twigs?

I explicitly put the graphics as high as possible for these screenshots, but of course the textures didn't change, it's just more clear for you to see now.


Question: Were these always like this?

Pretty much every in-game Hook looks better than this main menu one.
