What do you want in a killer?

I'd like to ask from a survivor perspective; what do you want in a killers arsenal in terms of their special ability. Not in regards to existing killers, but future ones. Please refrain from dumping on other's opinions as this is what they'd like as a challenge. Keep in mind any new killer will have movement speed within the range of existing killers.
Killers know what they want, but what do you want to challenge yourself with?

    Some sort of shape shifter would be awesome. The panic when you notice that there are actually 5 survivors in the game lol.

    I had a idea for a doctor change, that went away from the constant screaming and used more of the illusions. 
    Doctor would sometimes appear as a survivor with terror radius. 
    Other survivors would sometimes appear as killer to other survivors. Including terror radius. 
    Illusions would move towards the survivors and try to hit them.
    Windows would appear open when they are closed and closed when they are open. 

    Etc.

    I think it could still work. The killer would need to disguise as an exact copy of one of the survivors, clothes and all. There would be the initial confusion for a few seconds while people are figuring out exactly which survivor is the killer and that could be all the killer needs to transform and start attacking players.

    No its not gonna work. Voice comms are too powerful. Survivors can simply tell each other when they start approaching each other, there is no point in such a mechanic when all information can be shared in realtime across the whole map within the whole team

    Yeah they could do a lot more with the doctor. I especially like the idea of another survivor appearing as the doctor. Could make for some scary OR funny encounters.

    Yeah its sad, voice comms have taken away a lot from the game imo.
    I would love such a thing too as soloplayer

    I want more jumpscare killers. Someone with 0 Terror Radius/No red Light as part of their kit.
    The funnest matches to me are ones where I actually have to pay attention or just turn my camera around and jump when I see Myers just staring at me.

    I'm sure people will disagree but it's something I personally want.

    I want a killer with a power that just shits all over loops. Sort of like how Huntress can hit folks with hatchets over some loops, just more powerful.

    Dude I play solo and I we already got that mistrust and it would be useless versus swf.

    It would be nice if they introduced killers that have perks or special powers that allow them to kill without placing you on a hook. Just as an example, let's say our hypothetical killer is "the witch." When you play against her, you have three personal belongings of yours (A locket, a watch, a photo, etc. Something sentimentally connected to you) that are placed throughout the map for the witch to find. Should the witch manage to find all three belongings connected to one survivor, she can perform an incantation that would cast a curse on said survivor - what that curse would be would be randomly determined between an instant down, a permanent 20% nerf to repair speed, or say the ability to track said survivors aura for a full 30 seconds. The catch is, the survivors would also be able to find their associated belongings and hide them in a different spot if they know the witch saw or knows where it is.

    The reason why I want something like this so bad as survivor is because it would give me something other to do than run around and press L1 all day long. It would add a much deeper layer to the game. I feel like you really don't have to pay attention or keep track of as many things as a survivor. I basically just run around to where I'm not likely to get ganked and do gens. Alternate kill methods for the killer that also place an extra objective on the survivors force us to think a little harder about what the killers next move is going to be instead simply "He's over there, so I'm going over here"

    The only killer we have that comes close to filling this role in any capacity is the pig.

    However, I want a killer that requires intense concentration on sound and memory to play against. Even if this is not possible, I baseline want a killer that I have a chance to get away from while being chased.

    Thank you, Kind_Lemon. I agree with you as well. Killers should encourage stealth again. With the DS, Sprint burst, Adrenaline, Dead Hard, Self Care meta you're not really encouraged to concentrate too hard on the killers movements or whereabouts, nor do you really even fear being found that much. In fact, I would say playing too stealthily is a disadvantage most of the time. Stealth/Gen jockey builds are still viable (I made it to rank 1 with a Spine chill, Bond, Urban evasion, and Plunderer's instinct Nea, but honestly I think they're outclassed by chase builds. The situations in which I have to utilize stealth pale in comparison to the situations in which I have to throw caution to the wind and haul ass.

    Would like to see more killers with reduced tr. I always find the ambush killers more challenging.
