I mean that isn't true. I play mainly killer and there's so many times I don't get a hit through a pallet and I have below average ping 7mb per sec. So this isn't always the case and also cucked killers who had bad point by literally not allowing them to down anyone

Postponed 1 year until 2026? I don't think that's how years work...onto the topic though and yeah the ping problem is ridiculous right now. The amount of times I've watched my friend stun a killer with a pallet, the stun goes through and they get hit right after, or getting hit 3 meters away from a wall, or huntress' hatchet hitting your hitbox that apparently extends several galaxies behind and above you...yea it's really funky right now lmao. I mean hey who doesn't like to play the death lottery everytime they hit space at a window or pallet?

I'm always confused about things like this. So it's not supposed to do that? Isn't that normal internet latency or has stuff like this been fixed in newer multiplayer games?

Honestly,that hit in the clip doesn't even look that bad.
I've seen FAR worse.
But yeah,it's annoying that players with good ping get punished and players with bad ping rewarded.

Still shouldn't have hit. He fully landed and took 1 step. Once you fully land you are safe. Go test that if you sont believe or I can provide footage.

That hit in the video is actually legit all things considered. Survivors are generally hitable 2/3 into the fast vault animation, and that is completely consistent with the swing animations. Now Nea got hit about 10-15 frames after that. On 60fps thats maximum 250ms in real time. Assuming both players have a ping of maximum 150ms (which the developers unironically referred to as "pretty damn good" in the past) that would be 300ms or 20 frames.

Of course i know that that shouldn't have been a hit.I was just saying that i've seen far worse hits than that.
