Lets talk about prestiging
So, lets be 100% honest, prestiging isnt really worth doing in the vast majority of cases unless you want the cosmetic. All it does is reset everything you gathered for slighty(very slightly to the point that I didnt really notice the effect untill I was lvl 50 again), better chance at higher level addons, and for quite a lot of killers, that makes their inventory only more useless.
Now, what could we suggest the devs to make prestiging actually worth the time and effort?
My suggestion would be starting out with ALL unlocked perks(just referred to as perks later on) having the base tier of the prestige, meaning that on prestige 1, you have all the perks available at tier 1, at p2, you have all the perks available at t2 and at p3, they will be t3. This still kinda keeps the grind to earn the cosmetics, but it also actually rewards players for prestiging. And when new perks get introduced, they still have to be leveled up from t1 to t3 on p3, but at least all previously unlocked perks that you already relied on before prestiging are already available.
I know there are some people who think t1 and 2 are now only there for the grind, which isnt completely true, because for newer players and new perks, its important to have weaker versions available to get used to how it works and this simply remains in the game even after unlocking all the perks because there isnt really a difference accessed content from people with 1 hour or 1000 hours. So I think prestiging should serve that difference and heavily improves the overall game.

They should just add the feature that you can sell your unwanted items for a lower amount of BPs once your p3.
Would give people a real reason to want to get to p3 besides the bloody clothes.

I actually rather see a sacrificial-like mechanic, where you offer 3x brown addons for 1 yellow, 3 yellows for 1 green, 3 greens for 1 purple and 3 purple for 1 iridescent. You get more than enough brown addons to essentially never run out of them if you rely on them, but there are some higher tiered addons(trapper bags for example) that are almost neccesary to a killer's kit while there are tons of brown addons that are simply worse versions of yellow and green addons and never get used anyway.

Now, you know how they lock perks by levels (for survivor and killer you unlock perk slots like this: 1 perk default, 2 perks at level 5, 3 perks at level 10, and 4 perks at level 15)
But what if they made the number of perks you have related to prestige? boom now everyone wants to prestige their characters.
I see nothing wrong with this.

Is this critique on me or just a troll addition? Because with modern day internet users, thats actually hard to tell.

None of those, this is a serious suggestion (the second one).

Oh, you mean like, prestige 1 automatically has the second perk slot opened from level 1? I dont see how that would help as you wont have many perks available to use.
Or adding a 5th perk slot? Additional slots would completely break the game tho.
I mean, my interpretation was like "only give players like 15 perks on p0 and 30 perks on p1", which is a terrible troll suggestion if you were serious with that.

Trying for more clarity, what the suggestion was you only can use 1 perk for P0, ever. No matter what level you are (could be level 253,747,322 and still only have 1 perk slot if you have no prestige). Being P3 means you have all 4 perks slots. P1 allows you to have 2 perks slots. And P2 allows 3 perks.
My serious suggestion is to give slight discounts in the bloodweb (idk, 5% each prestige level?) and to make event items more apparent within the bloodweb. Along with the charm suggestion you might've heard about.

It would be nice if they increased how many perks show up on the bloodweb past lvl 10. having at least 2 perks to choose between lvls 10-30 seems reasonable. With every lvl of prestige you could get an extra perk showing up in the bloodweb so by prestige 3 lvl 50 you would have 6 perks to chose from the bloodweb. maybe you could spend iridescent shards to upgrade perks right away

Hmm.. What about
Presitge 1 : New Perks start to drop at lvl 1
Prestige 2: New Perks start to drop at lvl 2
Prestige 3: New Perks start to drop at lvl 3
So when your character is at prestige 3, the perk grind would be massively reduced.
