PC - Can't see/connect with players on other platforms
I am not able to see my friends who play on xbox on my friends list, and I can't see their invites when they send them to me. I am able to send them friend requests, and they can see them, but accepting them does not fix the issue or change it. I have cross-play enabled and I have played with them before.

The same thing happens to me too, I can't play with my friends on the PS4 platform, I've already tried to add them again but the same request never comes.
Answering another question, I have created an account on the BHVR website by correctly linking my steam account. Is there a problem with the process?

This is caused by the BHVR/steam account link. Be careful: unlinking will cause you to lose all your aurics, BP, & Iri's and any progress you made on a survivor/killer since the link will be lost.

Yes, they are aware of the issue, however, there is no real update from anyone. I haven't played since then since I am scared of losing everything up to this point. Sadly, I bought the rift as well and we all know how much of a grind it is.
There is no mention of the issue anywhere, they haven't acknowledge it, they are aware according to the mods and meanwhile the website is still up for anyone to continue to link their accounts and go through this as well.
However, like @enzil said I'd be wary of unlinking, this will bring back your friends but you'll lose all currency types including some possible progress. I also heard in some cases unlinking didn't fix the friends list either. This issue has been going on for sometime, I'm hoping we get an update today, I'd love to get back to playing with friends.

Any update yet? Cause I haven't seen any. I'm having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I have a workaround, but it's a pain to do each time I want to play with a friend that on a different platform.
What I do is I get a friend from my platform that didnt link theyre account to a behaviour account yet to invite me to a match and then they have to invite the people from the other platform. Really an annoying workaround. I also hope this bug gets fixed ASAP.

No updates from anyone for at least a week and we've officially hit two weeks of this but. Smart work around I had debated if that would work.
