Let's talk about Fog Whisperers

Title.

What do you think about this?

Do you think is it okay for some Fog Whisperers to be toxic and promote toxic behaviour (who I'm not going to name, we all know their names)? Do you think such fog whisperers should lose their status?

Do you think this is okay for representatives of BHVR to act rude and impolite?

Do you think that the program is just pointless? I haven't seen any of the Fog Whisperers actually do anything to help the game or drag attention of developers to certain problem, nothing like that. They are just doing what they were doing before, maybe occasionally giving out free codes, nothing else really.

P.S. If I get banned/jailed or this post gets deleted for asking questions, then this would be a really sad sign.

Honestly, I think the fog whisperers should be retracted and more just have highlight a streamer each week so just to show off some fantastic members of the community and not just force people to hold high standards 24/7

I don't think that fog whispers should promote toxic playing. It happens though and I also don't think that they should get super angry if they loose. The ones I've seen aren't really mad about loosing though, and if they're doing things for fun, they show respect to the killer for sticking it out and not rage quitting.

I haven't watched every single one of them but the ones I have seem like pretty good people

Fog Whisperes promoting toxicity and BM? That´s more of a rhetorical question, really.

I still have my fingers crossed that Otz´ community patch notes will at least bring certain problems to the DEVs attention. We´ll see about that, though.

BTW I think their main purpose is to expose DBD to more people, isn´t it?

Yeah, why wouldn't it be allowed? Everyone is allowed to play how they want as long as they aren't breaking the rules

Yes I figured that much, sorry if I didn´t phrase it clearly enough.

They are doing what they do best, provide entertainment and free exposure to the game. Some of them make suggestions in their videos or comment on the state of things, but most of what they say... the "whispering" part... is going to be behind closed doors. I think all them have been fairly honest in their assessments, and I've never seen the ones I watch suggest anything particularly nasty. In fact, I've seen them demonstrate (contrary to their funny commentaries) some of the best Killer and Survivor strategies and altruism in the game.

You are free to feel like however you want about Fog Whisperers, but having a thread like this will go easily into name and shame and massive negativity against streamers in general.

If you believe they're breaking in-game rules, report them to support: https://support.deadbdaylight.com
