Well to everyone saying "Shadownerf! Shadownerf!" I hate to say it, but you were right.
Depending on your stance about this topic, it's either a yay or a nay, but personally I'm happy about it. She needed something changed to her kit, it's just kinda a shame that they didn't announce it. Anyway, what're your guys' thoughts on this change? Good? Bad? Not enough? ######### you BHVR what are you doing? I'm curious to know, though please keep it civil. Thanks.
edit: am dumb, this has always been there, but in my defence i was trying to shiny huny a zekrom at the same time.
update: ive now gotten a shiny wartortle and a shiny hitmontop but no shiny zekrom. im still going.

I have mixed feelings. I do think it's a good change, but I don't like BHVR implementing changes without putting it on the PTB or even announcing it first. They did the same thing with Discordance, just seems a bit off to me.

Wow, I really thought it was a bug.
Well it *seems* alright, but I can't say much else on it - I haven't gone up against a spirit recently, and I don't play her much.
If anything, I just wish they would've announced it - I'm not a huge fan of shadownerfs. Still, (maybe?) good change.

You know that this was already there before the bug appeared, right? They are talking about the whoosh sound she makes while phasing.

Yeah I'm with you too; I definitely think it's a well-needed change (not enough but oh well), but I wish it'd been tested or even just announced to the community- at least we knew about Discordance.

im not a spirit player myself and i havent really seen many spirits around since the change (had like one who never phased), so i cant really tell whether i like it or not.
idk, she's still gonna be really strong, but how much of a nerf that was exactly i can not tell. at first glance it doesnt seem that significant though.

AUDIO ADJUSTMENTS:
The Spirit's phasing audio has been adjusted: Survivors within the Spirit Husk's terror radius will not hear the phasing sound. Survivors outside the Spirit Husk's terror radius can hear the Spirit's phasing sound, but will not be able to determine its direction. Survivors will no longer be able to hear the Spirit's breathing while she is phasing.

IDK why they don't just make the footsteps louder and more consistent. That was honestly a pretty fair thing, since if you heard them you knew she was right on top of you.

This is talking about her phasing sound when you are outside her TR, this isn't new and they already said it IS a bug that you hear where she is during phasing. Don't spread false information like this, it's really tacky and makes you seem like CNN.

A kitten keeps interrupting my typing, buuuut its great. I've been able to drop pallets to save myself and actually have a chance. If you are in her terror radius or in a chase you cant hear her though. Well if you are close enough, which is fair because that means she isnt gutted. And your perk colors are epic but isn't that bankable, if so you should hide it😂

Regardless of how long it's been a thing, it should be kept
It allows for good enough of counterplay and predictions and lets Spirit play around the sound to bait the survivor

I mean i do think that is refering to the vacuum noises but then again it does say to her current location and the vacuum sound gives no info of which direction it is.
I dont really trust bhvr with descriptions anyway just look at the refined syrum this patch
