Fix Pallets!
I don't think it's asking much to figure out a way to fix pallets. BEFORE this pallet change, you'd drop a pallet and end up on the opposite side of the killer. In the video game world, you call that "Working as intended." NOW when you drop a pallet, depending on when you drop it, you can end up on the same side as the killer. This is beyond stupid, when being chased by a killer you're looking behind you so you can see if they are about to swing or respect the pallet (hence not to waste the pallet). This wasn't a problem BEFORE this Pallet "Fix" but is a major problem now. There must be a way for the devs to correct this, I can't accept that this clunky new mechanic is the answer to fixing a previous mechanic that worked flawlessly.

It's working as intended.
Before the change you would be teleported to the other side. This made pallets safer than they were supposed to be.10 -
Now you actually need to be on the side that you want to stay on after dropping the pallet. That is working flawlessly.

Its working as intended, just act like you were a normal human that doesnt teleport. Then dropping pallets is quite intuitive

That's the problem. This insanely overpowered iteration of pallets had been so long in the game, that people think that version was "working as intended" and now after they got FIXED, complain about it.

It's not about that, seems as though ya'll are so used to lack of vacuum posts you fail to understand. This issue can only be seen from a survivor point of view, it will bring the killer to the same side as the survivor sometimes, even if you are on the other side. Even with proper timing, spacing, etc, the pallet will bring the killer to your side, register a hit and then warp the killer back. Sometimes it will just keep the killer on your side, the pallets will sometimes drag a killer to your side and get stunned on your side with a registered hit. It's seems like a latency, fps, and some extra issues combined, not sure. The bs hits aren't felt by killers do to killers being host, only the survivors see some of this. That's a bug, but it's not what OP is complaining about. OP is complaining that his character doesn't teleport to the opposite side of the pallet as soon as the interaction is available.

No, he was right. I don't want to teleport to the other side. I am talking about those times where you are in the middle of the pallet, and drop it, but it now pushes you BACK towards the side where the killer is on. It never put you on the same side as the killer in the previous version of the game, and it does now. THAT is the issue.

The pallet vacuum on the killers needs fixing.
Pick up a body within 20 meters of a pallet, somehow when its dropped it hits you even though you were nowhere near it.0
