Nurse since when?
Since when can nurse hold a full charge swing at you without teleporting and then still get fatigued from it even tho she never teleported? I have never seen a nurse do this ever.

Nurse is heavily bugged right now. Maybe that's the reason for it.

I know what you're talking about. it happened to me 2 days ago, it was really frustrating and it keeped happing whenever I tried to use chainblink until I hit a survivor with my main blink. It's probably one of nurse's 500 bugs

I can confirm this bug exists. She physically cannot charge up a chainblink until she hits someone with the first blink. It's annoying as ######### to deal with as the nurse, but I've never faced a nurse bugged like this.

One bug I see almost every time I play nurse is the 2nd blink. A few times I blink once and when I charge the 2nd blink the noise stutters and it prevents me from blinking again. It just irritates me how long this bug has been in this game and it still isn't fixed. Meanwhile I can think of a few other bugs that get patched in 2 weeks.

Oh I didn’t even think about it could be bugs that hinder me in my second blinks..
just started nurse for the achievements (well the 500 hits, the other 2 I will probably farm)

I think the bug is that she is actually not really charging the blink but waiting for the swing

Yeah nurse has had that bug for a while now. I call it the ak-47 blink because it sounds like a rapid-fire gun

A Nurse bug that actually benefits her? Last time we had one like this, it got fixed within a week.
Meanwhile the dozens of bugs that make her miserable to play as are still in the game for over a year now, and are now effectively features now.
