So it turns out that WGLF + Solidarity is now a decent anti-slug combo.
If the killer happens to go on a slug spree, WGLF already has its merits on its own.
But if In the event you need to rush in injured to help 2 people downed, you can quickly have them back up on their feet and then be fully healed, or nearly fully healed when paired with Solidarity.

Does Solidarity work if you heal slugs? I thought it was only from injured to healthy state.
Regardless, I think it should be way more than just 50% so that people actually use it.

Good to know. I had no idea that Solidarity effected picking survivors up. Might try them with Self Care for a little topping off as needed.

Any healing action except mending.
So yes, assisting Slugs contributes to Solidarity’s conversion.

My only problem with Solidarity is that it's very situational, and even when it comes up the effect might just not be enough to change any outcomes.
I don't really think they should buff the numbers or give it extra gameplay functionality, but an alternative incentive like gaining Survival bloodpoints alongside the regular Altruism blood points would make me feel better about running it.
As it is, I'd rather just take WGLF for dealing with slugs and try to rely on SB or DH if I'm injured and the killer comes back.

Haven't tried this combo yet, will do.
To be honest though, new WGLF even by itself is hella good. Even if you removed the BP component I'd still keep running it. I've been getting lots of value out of it. One person running it and the killer basically can't slug all game, that's huge.

Obviously paired with Solidarity it becomes situational, but not so niche that being injured while still needing to assist anyone is entirely rare.
I’ve had instances where (also using Desperate Measures) I’ve been able to revive a partly recovered slug, it was safe to continue healing them at the same spot, and then they only had to heal me for 2 seconds to finish healing me.
It can be a HUGE time saver.

How is a perk that saves time, bad?

Solidarity is way too situational.

It's conversion isn't worth it; better to take another perk like resilience. Now that saves time and it helps in chase, too.

The issue with solidarity is you need to be injured. Id rather have autodidact. It's annoying to get stacks but when you do it's amazing. My favorite team healing perk is We'll Make It but you need to unhook someone for that to work. Might not have it when someone is slugging.

Being injured isn’t rare though.
Being in the company of other injured or slugged survivors isn’t rare either.
Situational. But still common.

I actually tend to use Autodidact with Solidarity whenever I use it.
So in my example my full build was Autodidact, Desperate Measures, Solidarity, WGLF. I was able to very quickly assist anyone injured, slugged, or on a hook, and by simply helping (if I was also injured) i’d either end up healed without spending any additional time doing so, or whomever I was with and just helped spent next to no time “topping me up”

Why autodidact in that build though?
You heal so fast that you probably get barely any skill checks.

It’s just nice in the event of skill checks popping up it pretty much instantly heals the remainder.
I like the idea of a “SUPER MEDIC”

I didn't think of mixing solidarity with autodidact. I might have to try that now.

I’m CONSTANTLY experimenting with perk combos.
There’s a lot of cool clever builds. And sometimes an experiment may not result in a cool new build, but it helps me understand one particular perk better, or see an obscure advantage I never saw previously.

I love combining Solidarity with Autodidact, but it sucks that the overflow from skill checks doesn't count for healing purposes. Like, if I get a 5-stack skill check on a survivor that's 99% healed, it would be sweet if I would be healed to 75% instead of 50%. But alas.
Still a fun combo, though, and I like this even more with WGLF. Usually combining healing perks with Autodidact is bad because you get fewer stacks, but you don't want stacks on slugs! You just want them up! So, really, this just patches a weakness of Autodidact while allowing for some ludicrously fast heals on slugs. Love it.
