Go to the perk section to get THE CLOWN DLC ENTIRELY FREE. You read that right...oh and...they throw in one of his 10 dollar outfits for free. You can't go wrong with that.
I already had the DLC but when I did the code I got the outfit.
PC or Xbox.
Let me know if you get it because of this. I had no clue until someone told me.
