Dead Hard not working properly

I'm playing on Xbox and when I use dead hard it has a tendency to not work by freezing my game for a second and not moving my character forward when evading a hit but still gives the invincibility. So I evade the hit but get stuck in the spot I used dead hard for the duration of dead hard and the killer gets a free hit after the miss.

    get used to that, it happens during certain abilities, killer gets blood lust, you get hit by a bottle etc etc


    the game just freezes for the second and you either loose the survivor you were chasing or you get hit and just stand there waiting for the killer to hit you again.


    they won't even acknowledge you because it's been a problem for years and they either aren't looking into it so are ignoring people with the issue OR they have no idea how to fix it and are again just ignoring it for that reason.
