Logically it doesn't even make sense and you get hits that otherwise wouldn't hit and aren't earned. Too many times as survivor you get hit by someone that missed but because they turned their screen and the hitbox overlaps your hurtbox last second you get hit. And I know we've all played killers and have gotten hits that were like " Wow that hit?"

    That's true. Since the 2.1 patch, there's something weird going on with the hitboxes. As a killer, I've hit survivors even when they were not supposed to get hit.

    This is quite a frustrating problem, I have lost count on the number of times a killer has hit me after the swing is completed, but then again DbD is a bit of a mess with bad animations, hitboxes and being p2p, you just have to be lucky and hope the game plays properly in your match.

    I don't think the lobby ping check works properly either, or perhaps the killer is manipulating his ping in game, but for me it doesn't matter much if the ping is stable 60 or 180, I get phantom hit in both.

    Nah, I mean football. Honestly, the Huntress hatchet hitbox is not that large. It's just not hatchet thin. lol

    Huntress hatchet hitbox is pretty large actually. It is as wide as it is tall. It's about the size of a small/medium beach ball. I saw it on one of the dev videos.

    Oh. That's disgusting. I don't play Huntress anymore, but that sounds convenient.

    One day, once people realize that Last Year is going to be bad, the devs will have players pooling back in and finally be able to afford dedicated servers... and then we won't have to deal with beach balls anymore.
