Xbox Series X issue

I got a series X yesterday and have yet to be able to play a game successfully. I currently have cross play turned off and I’ve sat for 20 mins already no match. If i turn cross play on it will try to connect to a match right away but the game freezes and i have to shut it down.

anyone else noticing any similar issues?

    Loads of people are. I'm not able to even load into a lobby. The game loads for me but as soon I click on Survivor, the game freezes.
