Game keeps crashing/ freezing on series x

Everytime i load into game it crashes. I never had this problem before and I hope you get it patched. Right now its completely unplayable. Uninstalled and tried everything

I'm having the same issue. I've deleted and re-installed the game multiple times and to no avail.
