Lost progression on PS5 dbd?
Just downloaded DBD on ps5 and I have zero progression as if I just got the game.
sorry, not sure if this is the right place, couldn’t submit a ticket since they don’t list ps5 as a supported console either?

Did you log in with the same account you used on PS4? Did you own the digital or physical version on PS4?

I assume progress is linked to your PS account, but I do not know that.

You have to log in with the same account that you used for the PS4.
Digital or physical doesn’t matter for cross progression. That’s only for the PS5 upgrade (improved visuals and stuff like that).

Did you transfer your data from PS4 to your PS5?

Same issue here. Logged into the correct account, clicked the 'ps5 upgrade option' started the game to find everything locked only selectable option is to play the tutorial. :(

You haven’t waited long enough for the FULL game to download. It will pop up “ready to play” once the tutorial downloads. The remaining game downloads in the background.

Push your PS home button, and select “downloads” at the bottom, and check if ALLof DBD has downloaded yet.
