SKILL CHECK VISUAL NOT APPEARING

Platform: PlayStation

Problem: Skill check sound would cue but the visual never appears, resulting in a missed skill check. This happened after the Spirit injured me and Thanatophobia triggered. It didn't seem to affect anyone else.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Character played: Felix

Perks played: Iron Will, Calm Spirit, Deja Vu, Resilience

Map: Shelter Woods

Frequency of the issue: Once (Three skill checks on different generators)

    I was playing Claudette on PS4 and I've had this bug happen randomly while doing a gen or when about to do decisive strike.

    Appears to be very random when it goes invisible but then it remains invisible the whole game with only the sound indicator.

    This has happened very sporadically since I started playing around 6 weeks ago.

    This has happened to me twice tonight on PS4. First time on Meg, it went while fixing a gen. Second time on Meg it disappeared while healing. It happens at the start of the game. Went the rest of the games without it. :-(
