Power struggle is good but it will not leave its mark on the meta.
Let me explain here
While yes it will mean that most killers will not pick you up at pallet anymore while getting slugged. It can. Be countered... Enduring, killers who regularly break pallets or better yet spirit fury.... End fury users are. Going. To love this perk.
It also teaches surrvivors what to do in a slugging scenario which is recover get to pallet.
Problem ds/unbreakable exists yes I know ugh not another ds/ub complain t but let me put pros and cons of both side by side for comparison

As you can see when compared ds/unbreakable is just always gonna out on top not a surprise but at the end of the day elodies perks are really unigue in their fun factor so I'm sure we will see power struggle get used.

The problem will be the immunity if you fall under a pallet and there's another survivor nearby. That's it, you gonna escape no mather what if you have flip flop. SWF will abuse this to hell

You have to combo it with FlipFlop in order to make it work.
What perks would you replace?
Borrow Time, DS, Dead Hard and Unbreakable?

Doesn't PS only work once? In the description it made it sound like you can only use it once but I might be wrong

Unless you're in solo Q and your mate miss the timing with pallet stun.

Its worded like MoM where you have to reactivate it for it to do anything again but isn't permanently disabled unlike DS.
Aka it says deactivates instead of disabled.

I wouldn't even call it a good perk. It's so niche and situational.

BT and DS. I don't even use DS cause killers assume everyone has it. And BT is for unsafe unhooks.

If anything comes along significant enough to shift the meta, the community will go ballistic as they will claim it's "game breaking".

Power struggle is going to be a swf bully squad perk especially if they dont fix the bug that allowed repeat uses as it does state its a one time use. (Will add if it is not a bug and that the perk is repeatable then that need to change). I ideally want to see them bump up the wiggle from 25% to at least 35-40% also as far as im aware it doesnt reduce stun time for killer its the same stun time as a normal pallet stun

Eh, it will basically force killers to avoid pallets (if survivors wiggled enough).

People act like it's the end of the world if either side gets something that helps them survive or kill a little easier. Most killers avoid pallets when carrying survivors anyway it's not anywhere near a meta changing or game breaking perk.

People say the same thing every chapter, remember when all the people who only played killer said that Soul Guard was going to be the most broken perk in the game?
it's just another niche perks that can barely be used in most games.
