A way to nerf NOED without getting rid of it.
When I was in a killer match and getting wrecked by a red rank survivor as I was rank 16 I was so angry that I started to justify Noed for a second. But I started to think about Noed deeply, “NOED is valid when 3 or more survivors are alive at that point. But if it’s one or two survivors it just feels like salt in a wound.” And then it hit me. What if noed doesn’t activate after two survivors are dead. That way it’s still the second chance perk it was meant to be, but isn’t a block of salt to the giant gaping wound you left after obliterating the survivor team

Seeing someone use “to” when they should be using “too” is pretty common. But how tf do you use “too” instead of “to”
