Why do the devs keep banning criticism off the forums?

I can completely understand the banning of someone who offer no constructive feedback regarding the game's state who just wants to anger people, but when someone has a genuine concern or problem it gets swept under the rug? The playerbase has some of if not the most experienced players in it, shouldn't their concerns at least be considered?

I know that developing a game and keeping everyone happy is a huge undertaking, and i'm not gonna pretend like I know the stress of trying to please everyone, but at the same time banning criticism off of public forums for little to no real reason isn't going to help anyone, and it at least helps to give feedback to the poster of why something can't be done or why something isn't going to happen rather than delete it and call it a day.

Honestly if this post gets deleted and I get banned at least it reached someone

I've recently been enlightened as to not address the team I find issue with as "the devs" but as "corporate" or "design leads", because no one here is faulting the coders, I'm assuming, but the group that seems to be behind the push for progressing forward with updates as quickly as possible; one for each fiscal quarter* of the company.

Perhaps the reason is that many posts apparently misdirect criticism or are overly aggressive toward a group that has little power. Just some thoughts that should not be taken to be any kind of solid statement.

*never thought about this before, but this seems like a very good explanation as to why the devs settled on four chapters a year as a "formula".

actually that makes a lot of sense, and i hope i don't come across as rude towards the the coders and modelers of the game, as honestly they're doing the best they can.
