Nintendo Switch -- BBQ?

A friend is considering purchasing DBD for their Switch. I know that the Leatherface and Freddy DLCs were unavailable at launch, but I don't see any new info -- no updates on that front for about a year through my searches. Is the only way to acquire Bubba & Freddy perks through the Shrine? The BP grind is pretty absurd, especially without BBQ, so I'm hoping he can have access to the perk without crossing his fingers for a 3% chance per week for it to show up in the shrine.

The Nightmare on Elm Street DLC is still not available for the Switch. The Leatherface DLC, however, is, so your friend can purchase it and level up Bubba to get BBQ & Chili.
