To DBD Devs!

Killers are too weak. When you have survivors able to taunt and t-bag a rank 1 Myers/Leatherface theres something seriously wrong with the game.. You go to look at their perks after match: Dead Hard, Self Care, Adrenaline and Decisive.. they take flash lights and micro spam them at you taunting you. This isnt fun gameplay. Killers are suppose to be scary not play things for the survivors to taunt. Fix your game

Rank 1 survivor and rank 1 killer. If your not playing Nurse or Hag then this will happen to you. Serious dbd devs you need to do something

Watch McCote play DBD. He is playing rank 16 killer. That's the Devs gameexperience.
During som estream, where all Devs played, there had been a bunch of them being unable to hit skillchecks.

I know its beating a dead horse but decisive strike really is the most broken thing in any game ever.

It's not even the obsession you have to worry about. Its the unknown d-strikes. If you down the wrong person and the hook isn't close it can really rob you of early game momentum. I always seem to get them down near the basement too and then get robbed of a basement hook by a sneaky d strike.

When it comes to the obsession you can eirher slug them like truetalent does which normally means they live. Eat the strike early and waste precious time as they rush gens, or leave it till tale game and watch them crawl towards the hatch/exit knowing that theres nothing you can do because if you pick them up they'll strike out.

It's absolutely shocking that a mechanic so broken has stayed in the game for 2 years.

Of all the broken, unbalanced crap in the game this is the worst. If they just took this one thing out it would be so much better.

Sadly the game is balanced around a casual experience.
When survivors use the tools available to them and know how the game works and memorize the common loops, there is nothing to fear anymore unless its a nurse.

But I believe the majority of dbd players are higher rank from my experience finding a game as killer at rank 1 is almost instant any time where as a new player trying to find a game as killer takes a long time to find other rank 15s and up

Hold up, Cote's isn't even at 15, the new lowest attainable rank for non-noobs? What's up with this?

It's easier to play killer in lower ranks so it will be hard to buff killers without making it even harder for low rank survivors to rank up.

When you tell me how doing enough gens to enables the hatch to appear to however remaining survivors are left is an instant win. I won't say anymore to derail this thread.

Nevernind. Thought you were on about DS then for some reason.

Difference with ebony moris is half the time people just disconnect anyway. But still, you make a good point.

"Doing enough" is just TWO and ALL survs can escape.
That is way closer to insta win than any Mori.

You know it's funny how he users Myers as an example, giving that the Tombstone Piece is by far the most broken thing in the entire game.

Myers fans will never admit it but Myers is a cheese character with OP as hell add ons. Instant kill to full health survivors? Permanent exposed status?

Myers add ons, dying light, decisive strike, object of obsession - The halloween chapter was by far the worst thing to happen to DBD.

Two gens isn't enough to make the hatch visible if all survs are still alive. The hatch only becomes visible when the number of repaired generators is one more than survivors alive. So 4 survivors alive all 5 gens need to be done for the hatch to become visible and someone use their key.

Edit: and if no one has a key, 3 survs need to leave through the exit gate for the hatch to even open for the 4th,

Yeah thats because ranking is pointless.

When I can reach rank 1 in the first month trying to climb as survivor, I know that there is definitely somethign wrong. In any other competitive game, even thinking that sth like this could be psosible would straight up be laughable.

In other games most players hover around gold during their entire playtime (gold would be reflected in rank 12-10ish
