These would Buffs will help Ghostface with Chasing Potential & Stealth.

-Allow Ghost face to manually deactivate Night Shroud,if done he Gains 45% of his Meter but moves at 110% for the Next 5 Seconds,If he deactivate Night Shroud while being stared at causes him to gain 0% of Night Shroud Back.

-Filling the Stalk Meter wont Expose the Survivor Until a Chase Is Started.

-Hitting a Exposed Survivor while in Night Shroud gives back 35% Of the Meter

-Time taken to Stalk while not leaning decreased from 5 to 3.5 Seconds

-Decrease his normal terror radius from 36 to 24 Meters

-Survivors working on Gens,Cleansing,Opening Chest & Exit Gates cant take Ghostface out of Night Shroud.

"Nerf:While in Night Shroud his Movement Speed is decreased to 110"

'Night Shroud' is already extremely limited as a chase power, why would it need to be made even worse than it already is?

I feel at least most of these are at least halfway decent, aside from the 110 movement speed in night shroud. Why? Ghostie has nothing but his stealth ability - if you nerf that, he becomes much, much worse.

    (Google Translate)

Returning 35% of NS when hitting someone would only encourage bad players to remain bad and not try to use the Stalk mechanic

I want stimuli and rewards to use the power efficiently, distributing M1 is pathetic

A lot of survivor may complain alot about being able to see the red stain. So to give the choice to mindgame or chase normally .With the 35% Meter Back youll probally see them use it alot during chases aswell

I'm not sure what you mean here, but if you're saying that survivor's complain about not being able to see the red stain, they complain about everything. Ghostface is a STEALTH killer. Making him move slower in his ability makes absolutely no sense, other than making him slightly easier to go against for Survivors. Most Ghostface's will start Night Shroud immediately, even when out of a chase - making him 110 for no reason would gut what little movement speed he has. There is no reason for this change. Ghostface is not a entirely strong killer, all he has is his stealth. The only chase mecanic he has is the loss of the red stain, something that can be taken away entirely easy. If he attacks at all, stunned, or if Survivors just look at him long enough the one thing he has in chase is taken away. Making him 110 in Night Shroud would ruin him. There is no need for it.

Honestly, the only change Ghostface needs is making his detection not so janky.

Sorry, but these changes don't make sense, the night shroud cooldown changes would be simply fixed just by decreasing his awful 30 second cooldown to nice 20 seconds.

Manually deactivating Night Shroud would just remove the reveal mechanic, what would be the point?

If you expose a Survivor from 39 meters away that's on you, that's why 99 stalk exists.

Ghostface already does have a really fast stalk, making it even faster isn't good at all.

Ghostface's terror radius is 32 meters, why even decrease it for the Killer that doesn't move at 110% and has the best stealth power in the game?

Also I don't see a point in the last "buff" if you don't want to be stealthy and just walk up to a Survivor completely visible when they are working on a gen, that's on you if they reveal you.

Conclusion, giving buffs just because they are buffs isn't good.

Does he really need buffs like this? His weakness is that he doesn't have the hyper-mobility (aka map pressure) of Spirit, Hag, Nightmare, Oni, or Nurse.

His strengths are fine as is and most of these changes would be improving his strengths for a more specific playstyle. Essentially he'd be better against solo survivors, but more predictable against SWFs.

"Survivors working on Gens,Cleansing,Opening Chest & Exit Gates cant take Ghostface out of Night Shroud."

It's more often that hooked survivors, with little else to do, will break Ghostface out of shroud though. If the survivors on gens etc, can't break shroud they'll just start playing against him more like Bubba.
