How to make these cinematics views?? (CowsIAM)

I was watching a CowsIAM video, very funny youtuber. At the beggining of the video he makes these views from the match, I thought it was a recreation on something like Source Filmmaker but it's the actual game engine and his movements.

How does he do this?? I have a .log file from a fun match i had days ago, can I use it somehow to replicate this and make a video?
