Perks that need to be given the Kindred treatment.
I.e. the perks effect should additionally extend to the survivor that has that perk equipped.
Babysitter: A Survivor that has this equipped should also be granted 8 seconds of no scratch marks or blood trails when unhooked.
Breakdown: When a Survivor that has this equipped does a rescue, this should also break that hook.
Buckle Up: When a Survivor with this perk is in the dying state it should also show their own recovery state by the intensity of the aura up to a distance of 48m. If revived from the dying state both you and your rescuer(s) should also see the killers aura for 6 seconds.
Camaraderie: Should also work when within 16m of a hooked teammate in the struggle phase. Additionally, there needs to be one of those blue icons like Kindred that other survivors see on their HUD when you are hooked and in the struggle phase to let teammates know you have Camaraderie, and can coordinate activating the extra time.
Off The Record: should allow a survivor to grant another survivor they have rescued off the hook 80 seconds of 100% reduction of grunts of pain and aura blocking.

Holy ######### this is too much of a buffet to survivors jesus

Well would you want them to just use the Same old meta or have a change.

Not every person needs to be like kindred these perks changes would give way too much information making it even easier to play survivor which is boring asf

How is this too much of a buff? Even with all these changes these perks wouldn't even be meta, not even close. It's a nice change that turns a bunch of awful perks into actually usable ones.

I’d be interested in the new version of off the record I’d rather run into this then DS unbreakable or any other perk.

Babysitter change makes sense.
Break down would be a bad idea as if you make hook breaking too good killers will literally have to start to slug people to death.
Being honest buckle up's down survivor aura intensity base on recovery % should be baseline.
Camaraderie is a perk balanced around it only going off once per game per player so making it be able to be applied repeatedly to people on the hook would just result in what happened with the anti camp feature which is its going to be abused until its removed.
Camaraderie is a perk that can't ever be allowed to be good as effects like it in the past have been game breaking.
Off The Record: a shareable repeatable iron will is not something I'd want in the game. Maybe the sharing effect as a one time use it would be ok.

I can tell these perks would be op as ik good survivors would know how to abuse them

Thats what people said about any means necessary, for the people, and countless other perks. Some of these perks do need tweaking, but otherwise they're ok.

100% agreed about Breakdown, Buckle Up, and Camaraderie. I think those are perfect buffs and would instantly make those perks usable.
Off the Record might be a little too strong with those changes, though. It's niche now, but I think it's in a decent place as is. If I could change anything, I'd just make the timer a bit longer. I also don't think the Babysitter changes really make sense for what the perk tries to do; the point is to make you visible while making your teammate invisible, so making you less visible too doesn't really fit.

Yeah, I don't see an issue with any of these. It'd make them actually worth running.
A full Breakdown squad would be kinda nasty, but it would be refreshing to have some new effective perks that you have to adapt around.
Although, I think it would be cool if Babysitter delayed the unhook notification by a couple of seconds.
Camaraderie would still kinda suck, it really needs to be based on the killer's distance from the hook as well to make it an anti-camping perk.
I think Off the Record should have a Deathbound-like effect, with anyone within a short range of a survivor under the effects of the perk will also recieve them. That'd fulfil the requirements of the "blocks auras when healing" perk you wanted. Although if the perk was going to get the kindred treatment on top of this, then I think the duration might need to be reduced by quite a bit. But hey, I'd run it if all of those changes were implemented.

Who said lifting pallets and for the people were op? Lol both of those perks have downside and none of these do just put these perks on and play the game

I literally made a thread about that for Camaraderie a few months ago lol.

Not every single perk has downsides, and nor do they need to. These just have conditions. All these are pretty great changes, and would make these perks not terrible, as most of them are.
Iron Will doesn't have a downside, it has condition - being injured. Same thing with killer perks. Sloppy Butcher doesn't have a downside, just a condition - you just have to hit someone. These are not OP in any way, shape, or form. As a killer, I would not mind going against these at all.

"Babysitter: A Survivor that has this equipped should also be granted 8 seconds of no scratch marks or blood trails when unhooked."
id just buff up the perk and give it everything, like no blood, scratchmarks, pains, or aura readings to the person just unhooked and make it last like 16seconds even the aura readings where you see eachother.
Overall i like all those changes. None of those perks are meta so why not buff em up a bit

I can agree with Babysitter and Buckle-Up. But the rest seems a bit one-sided tbh. But I do agree that these perks should have benefits like these.
