[Fixed] Pyramid Head's camera shake after certain actions

pc, not sure about other platforms.
if you move your mouse pretty fast Right after the Final Judgment or immediately let go of your power when the bar fills, ph's camera will move really weirdly and shaky for a moment.
Can be REALLY annoying.
occurs every time.

i dont see this happening after the 4.3.1 hotfix even tho it wasnt listed here.
