I have a way better fix for Victor and lockers
Instead of having Victor hold lockers closed to trap survivors, he should open the locker and climb in with them, and then there should be a sequence of cartoony sound effects that don't fit at all with DbD's theme while the locker bounces up and down and squishes and stretches, and then the survivor should burst out of the locker with Victor on their head.
The cartoon sound effects are crucial, though. I'm thinkin' something like this:

Awesome. I love it. I think one thing you could add to this idea is when victor is kicked, he gets some stars spinning around his head and his pupils turn into Xs.

LOL, yes, 100% yes, that's great. I mean, even the sounds alone would be great if the animation side of that would be too much work.
