Why are people mad about people using broken things in this game for advantage?
I play killer and survivor, just to clarify.
Is it really my fault if I run iri head and infantry belt? It’s the devs job to make the game balanced, not mine. Is it my fault is I abuse ds+unbreakable? Is it my job to run off the record for killers who can’t deal with ds?
I think ruin undying need a nerf aswell with all of lauries perks. I hate people who say you have to abide by certain unwritten “rules” I just want to win. I want to hear your thoughts on this.

No, it's definitely the devs fault. They shouldn't have stuff like what you mentioned... but they do. So it's totally their fault.
Also your fault, because you're choosing to use them when you know they're "broken" and unfair. so long as they're in game go ahead, but it is known to be very "scummy". Enjoy your wins if that's all you want, but you must know people will think it's unfair/broken/scummy, it will ruin their games, and they will think (not sure if you care) that you're bad and need to be carried. Is any of that fair to you? not really. but good luck on trying to enjoy yourself when you're getting bombarded with that constantly.

Its hard to say. This was the reason i never used old ds. After the rule: Treat others as you would like others to treat you.
I didnt want to spoil the fun of others and i thought i cannot complain when i do the same.
But it could be that it gets faster changed, when more people abuse it. But im not sure.
Fact is that there are some players like me who could effortlessly use a mori and stuff like that every game. Maybe we should make DbD hell for an entire month.
When i got more experienced pride was a factor too. Using that stuff is for me like admitting that im too bad.

You have a point, too much frustration is directed at players for using this stuff but it wasn't us who put it in the game (and lets it stay there). Expecting people to just not use broken stuff that is there and available for use out of some sense of honour or fairness, in a PvP game, is always going to be futile.

Unless there's a way to use Irihead + Infantry Belt or DS + UB in such a way that it is liable to get the user in trouble with the devs, I wouldn't call that comparison particularly good.

Play whatever you want, on whatever side you choose.
If you don't like what your opponent uses, tough titty said the kitty, move on.
I have things that I choose not to use, but that is my decision. I am not going throw shade on some one else for choosing to play something in the game. Especially if they are newer and want to use powerful #########.
Like they say, hate the game, not the player.

Dcing is not the answer tho.
It's bs and selfish. You screw over your whole team , take a penalty instead of simply playing a game.

I mean when the whole team DCs is anyone really screwing anyone over? I don't blame anyone for dcing vs that. it's bs as you say.

You pretty much answered your own question. People like sportmanship and perks are supposed to help you and not being a free escape key, as an example Deliverance is a free of-hook perk but no one cares. Why? Because you do a trade of, you escape and remain broken for a while, and you need to work for it. Meaning, you won fair and square the chance to escape, now if you're fixing an injured gen, the killer chased and hooked 2 survivors, then you can expect him to be angry if he grabs you with DS since you haven't earned that.
Using a broken perk, mess it up with your strategy. It's like if there is a written rule that If I am losing I can control an opponent's piece. Yes, the rule is there but it's not fair since I did nothing to earn that privilege.
