Thrilling Tremors and Doctor Combo Question
So I'm trying new builds with Doctor and saw a video to use TT with Doctor. Idea is that you static blast, get them off the gen, then pick up survivor activating TT.
If I static blast after picking up survivor and they get off the gen, will TT lock out that gen then or is TT only affecting the gens at the moment of picking up the survivor?

Only at the moment of picking.

It only effects gens at moment of picking up surrvivor however at the same time it's obvious what gens they will be working on
Tt is a actually very nice perk tbh

Cool thanks! I have tier 3 TT so ill try it out. Do you think its better to SB before picking up survivors to lock them out or to pick up survivors and then see which gens are being worked on?

You need to use static blast and then immediately pick up the survivor in order for it to work. If you do in after it will not work, since perk will be on a long cooldown

You’d be better off running both TT and Deadman’s Switch on Doc. Still play as you would normally with TT, but If you down The Obsession, save your Static Blast till AFTER you hook The Obsession. TT will let you know which area to best go to to have your Static Blast hit as many of those gens as possible. Now those gens will be blocked for the entire duration of DMS activation. I’ve managed to block up to 3 gens instantly this way.

What does Dead man's Switch do? I'm fairly new and haven't heard of it.

Dms activates when you hook the obsession for 45 seconds.
If a surv working on a gen lets go of that gen within that time, the gen gets blocked for the remainder of the duration.
It works with doc cuz you can force people of gens with your power.

It is an obsession perk that comes with the Deathslinger. When you hook your Obsession, Dead Man's Switch becomes active for I thiiiiink 45 seconds? While it's active, anyone who lets go of an unfinished gen for any reason will have that gen blocked until Dead Man's Switch activation period ends.

DMS is one of Deathslinger’s perks.
When you hook The Obsession it activates for 35/40/45 seconds. During this time gens being repaired by survivors that stop repairing them, either by being chased off, failed skill check, or an interruption like Shock/Static Blast causes the entity to block those gens until DMS timer expires.

Sounds interesting! I don't have Deathslinger so ill either wait for shrine or may buy it.
Right now I'm running Whispers/Distressing/Overcharge/Thrilling Tremors.
I guess dropping overcharge for DMS would be ideal? I was running Thantophobia to form a 3 gen core defense that was working too (Madness/Overcharge/Distressing and Thano for slow progression), but dropped Thano for TT when I saw a video of what it does.

Fungoose talks about this comment, but I rarely ever see it actually happen. TT is all around a good perk to run though, especially on Doctor.
