Garbage-tier perks with actual value
Okay so basically this is about you guys sharing a useless perk that can have actual value.
So, I found out, thanks to someone's comment in this forum I read long time ago, that Forced Penance is actually useful.
It's now become one of my main perks on Legion. Just rethink it. 80 seconds of Broken status on hits to people next to injured teammates? Perfectly sinergises with Legion's power. It's much more valuable than you think if you're the average Thanatophobia user on Legion, and the benefit it gives lasts much longer than add-ons.
That's just it, outside of Legion the perk is garbage and doesn't deserve a place in you slots, but I wanted to bring attention to it since I have literally never seen it used outside of 1 Adept PH attempt I found.
I hope you guys also share any ideas, I'd love to be able to use other perks such as Hex: Retribution or Camaraderie but right now I don't know how.

Furtive chase + Rancor
It's a rancor roulette, where the survivors are scared of unhooking the obsession if they know you have rancor. It can really make a match entertaining.
Not really meta, but it's very fun and gives furtive chase actual value

Forced Penance is one of my favourite perks released over the past year.
I like “keep them injured” builds and slugging builds.
One of my regular “go to” combos for a long time has always been Coulrophobia + Sloppy. It’s surprisingly devastating as a slugging build due to the sheer volume of survivors that are far too altruistic for their own good, rushing in to try and revive a slug before I’ve gotten too far away, only for me to notice out the corner of my eye. It results in WAY too many easy hits and it keeps that slug on the ground, even at high ranks, whereby they stubbornly persist trying to help their teammate till I’m on their butt.
Forced Penance compliments this incredibly well. It completely puts survivors on edge while they’re Broken, and usually will refrain from helping other survivors if I’m still nearby. In this way you can say it kind of acts like NOED. And it’s surprising just how often Forced Penance activates. It’s awesome quickly injuring two survivors, letting the Broken get away (for now), downing the injured one, slug, then relocate the Broken one for a quick easy chase because you know they can’t heal.

That sounds sooo satisfying to use. Rancor is already one of my go-to perks on fast moving killers and it's so satisfying to mori the DS user. I'd try that if I had Ghost Face unlocked but i dont :c

I like doing this occasionally too. I’ll add in Nemesis so that hopefully it hides the tells that I’m running Rancor.
Best part about doing this at endgame? Suspect someone doing a save has DS because they were recently unhooked? Just mori them.

Retribution + Undying is fun for the memes.

Pig + Third Seal + Undying literally made me have fun in this game again after a loooong time of frustration. I just love how once you get your 4 stacks and a few RBT it's all chaos to the point that the game usually stalls to a halt. Plus Undying helps me get actual value out of the build if they cleanse TS you can get full stacks again pretty quickly. Even if they're swf I've asked people in the endgame chat and they always tell me it was really confusing to play against.

that sounds sooo annoying to use. I'll try that with dark devotion sometime

MYC if very far from a garbage-tier perk, though

Depends on who you ask.
There's far worse Perks if you ask me, but i take this opportunity to shine a light on it for those who don't think the same.
