Matchmaking Locked System
I'm becoming more and more frustrated every time I attempt to contact support for any issue. From time to time, I have internet issues in the middle of matches and am forced to disconnect. When attempting to contact customer support, I was immediately sent an email saying there's nothing they "can" or will do to solve this problem and that I should fix my internet issues.
I CAN'T. If I could... I would. I shouldn't be punished. I completely understand the need for the punishment, but they're punishing players that have no control over this. Anyone else having similar problems/frustrations?

It does sound frustrating but they cant make an exception for you just because youre having a tough time with your internet.
Its just as frustrating for your teammates when you randomly lose connection to the match.

So how should the system work?
Just have people rage quit til their match making lock is high, then call customer support and blame it on an internet connection? Because that's what would happen if you could just call and have it fixed.
No matter what competitive online game you're playing, if it's team based you shouldn't play with unreliable internet. Sure everybody drops connection once in a while, but that's why the mm lock gradually goes back down after a timeframe with no disconnects.
If it's getting to the point where you're calling them, you're "dropping connection" far too often and should have your internet checked.

sorry that happens but it's really annoying as a player to see a teammate get disconnected, ragequit or otherwise, so it's just. if your internet is this spotty maybe you shouldn't be playing an online competitive game

I also used to have internet issues that would cause me to disconnect from time to time, however the disconnect penalty system is pretty forgiving for a few disconnects here and there. If you are regularly seeing more than 15 minute bans, you need to check out your internet.

If you're disconnecting often enough due to connection issues on your end to have the matchmaking lock reach 1 Hour or higher then you need to stop playing and figure it out, you're still ruining the match for 1-4 other players and the first few penalties should've been a clear warning with how lenient they are.
And If Customer Support could remove penalties then what's stopping me from "accidently" disconnecting from a bunch of matches by playing with my modem or router then complain to get it removed.
