Technically no, but the perk icon lights up when you look in their direction.

No, OoO can't see any killer who has the undetectable status effect.

The survivor can't see the wraith because he is undetectable, but the wraith can see the survivor when the perk is active. The survivor will still see the perk light up in the bottom right, which can almost be used as a makeshift spine chill.

no but as said it can still be used to know which direction the killer is. A good survivor uses this effect against stealth killers to spot them early or if they predict where the killer is they can go to a loop in anticipation.
