What perk would be good to run with Dead Hard, DS, and Iron Will?

No Mither.
No Mither has fantastic synergy with Iron Will, because they reduce breathing by 150% (meaning Stridor Spirit won't get ya) and removes your blood trail.
Great with DS, because it basically acts as Unbreakable (so killers are dammed if they pick you up after unhook, dammed if they don't cause you can get up and you have.)...
DH, say a killer has an insta down, you always have No Mither.
(Idk, Bond? Do you go solo? If you sweat with group, idk)

We're Gonna Live Forever is great!
Having double bloodpoints alone is good enough to get into a build, but you can also pick dying survivors off the ground twice as fast, which is always good to have when the killer is snowballing.

Kindred if you're solo

I'd use kindred if your solo. If your in a swf I'd use either BT or Resilience.
Resilience is good for me because I usually stay injured the whole game. It also gives increased vault speed for chases.
