So I really think devs should take notes from Ubisoft about how they announce changes
Ubisoft tells the community in a post about everything they are working on that the community complains about and when the target date of when the change could occur, while with BHVR we are either in the dark with things they are working on (I.E the announcement of devs working on a way to change moris and keys were in the comment section of a post, meaning not everyone knows about this).
For example, a while back before the recent test server for R6, Ubisoft announced that they are changing Run-Outs (For anyone who doesn't know what run-outs are, this is killing people by exiting the building as defender and killing unexpecting people, however you would be revealed shortly after exiting the building) and the date for this was set for Year5 Season4, the test server launches and guess what was in it? Run-Out's got nerfed by making the reveal timer 1 second. The Blog-Posts are also usually never showed before the TTS for things, while for DBD...we usually get what is being changed either a couple of days or exactly a week beforehand.
Here is an example from the recent blog post
They are fixing skins that blend into environments that hurt the players by shoving them into unfair gunfights, and gave an estimate of when it is releasing
Another BIG example is for console
Two big console issues, they announced that they are working on them
Now what are two big console issues on dbd? FPS is one of them for sure and when was the last time we were told of an optimization patch for DBD?
Well thats all for now, just wanted to see if BHVR could give this a shot to make the community more aware of things they are working on across the board, instead of just upcoming changes.

If I remember correctly, the devs used to do weekly streams before the lockdown.
I'm not sure what would be stopping them from doing the streams now.

They do QnA's and stuff like that, but whenever a question is asked about changes or upcoming content they always give non-answers, such as "We can't tell you about that," or "We've considered that and are still in the design phase."
They do them, but they don't answer anything unless it's unrevealing to plans.

I don't get why they can't just tell us what changes they have in the pipeline. If they tell the community what they have planned then they can get at least some feedback from it.
At worst the community doesn't like it and they'll have to work on it more. I know community feedback isn't as good as gameplay data but still.

Streams are just lore and chit-chat. The questions are unfortunately very handpicked so as to never pertain to anything relating to the actual game. Having streams just for fun and not as a Q&A slog is fine its just disappointing when we have no other way to contact the devs and instead of getting real answers we get a reply to the millionth "Nice cosplay" message.

and the only response (other than no response) they give as to why they don't address more issues is something along the lines of "if you knew what we were doing, you'd feel bad if something didn't go through", which is a bogus claim unless BHVR is actively choosing options that either they know the community would not want or they know are the objectively worse options for the game (in contrast to the company).

I agree 100% that transparency would massively help alleviate some of the frustrations with Behaviour. For example, remember when they announced that end game collapse but for the start of a match in the 4th anniversary stream? If I'm not mistaken, they haven't even mentioned that since. Did they scrap the idea and not tell us? Is it still being worked on and needs more time to be finished? Is it close to being ready and they just haven't announced it? We don't know and there's no way of knowing. It's very frustrating at times.

Why did you select the letter 'p' in 'proceed', that's upsetting me

Yup. The devs keep giving non-answers, and in return the community just keeps asking the same questions. It's a ridiculous cycle that I'm all too tired of. BHVR has beaten it's one trick pony to death. It's one and only mode has grown stale (for me), and all of the requests, comments, and complaints from the community continues to fall on deaf ears. It's why I keep taking breaks from DBD. I like playing this game with my friends, but it's boring playing this everyday by yourself.
