reduce time to we'll make it
We increased this to 90 seconds. This felt much better to use, but it wound up being a little too lenient and allowed survivors to play SWF and heal each other at their leisure, often when play SWF and go to corner on the map or after unhook heal like a thunder.
To add some urgency back into the perk, we are splitting the difference and changing the time to 45 seconds at tier 3. This way you’ll have enough time to heal to each other, but you’ll want to play swf and heal each other.
2 months ago u reduce time to Pop Goes The Wease but maybe u will see and survivor's perks with long time to use???we'll make it work 90 second i think its so much

Why nerf we'll make it? Its not even a meta perk, let alone an amazing perk. It's decent enough, but nerfing it to 45 seconds would kill the perk and place it in the garbage tier perks right along with perks like gearhead and coup de grace. Using SWF as an excuse to nerf it is bad excuse, I've gone up against quite a few SWF groups and I'm 100 percent sure that 98 percent of them weren't even running the perk.

I think they're being sarcastic, their post is a joke-ey reference to the reasoning behind the Pop nerf. A solid joke in theory, but the execution wasn't very good imo.

Perhaps it would go like the following :
When you rescue a Survivor from a Hook, gain a 100% Bonus Action Speed to healing others for 40/50/60 seconds.
This effect is reset if you are hooked by The Killer during We'll Make It's Active Time.

To comment about the Perk change, perhaps if it was said the change was in order to encourage more proactive gameplay and efficient map control when using the Perk , the comparison between Decisive Strike would not have been as stressed.
