Leatherface unable to look left/right and chainsaw always active

in Bug Reporting

I was chasing a Felix, and he came across a pallet and dropped it on me. On that exact moment, i started to use my chainsaw, but after the pallet stunn, my chainsaw was always on, dealing no damage, and i couldn´t look left or right, and whenever i looked up/down the camera would centrelize again
