Yeah I thought so too. It's a shame because both this and the locker change are desperately needed.

It has for me and others

I’ve only done one match on wretched shop, but Victor latched on definitely blocked the exit for the survivor he was attached to in that match.

I think they mean as in they were supposed to be adjusting him so that if you were knocked right at the exit, the entity blockers stay up for an extra 5 seconds or so after to give the killer a chance to oick you up after their hit cooldown, which doesnt happen now at all
It just makes the feature of victor blocking the exit useless without the lag time between being knocked and entity blockers disappearring being there

Victor blocks them in but the main problem of them falling out once you down them and making the whole feature redundant still exists which I'm assuming is what OP is meaning.

yeah, sorry I wasn't clear; the devs said that one of the learnings from the PTB was that they were going to block survivors from exiting for a few seconds after being downed with baby on head, to give Charlotte time to pick them up. I actually mis-remembered; they said this would be fixed soon but not at release:

Was the survivor trapped even after they got downed? I tried testing it, but I had to take Victor off because my team was getting wrecked and I was being useless man-child kidnapper.
