Not sure if it's been posted already but since I'm lazy:
- Dull Totems and Hex Totems look the same, I just popped a dull but it ended up being Hex: Devour Hope
- A rock can spawn in front of the hook on new Ormond, so you can't hook survivor on it

The notifications work inconsistently, which is consistent with the patch notes. I can't comment on the other parts of it working or not, but the notifications don't seem to be working correctly. Sometimes they won't trigger at all, sometimes there's a notification every second which doesn't make logical sense...so I do think the patch notes are correct.

The mori animations for the Twins, the one Charlotte does with Victor (There's another 1 without him) is broken too

Spies from the Shadows appears to be triggering on hooked survivors occasionally. Not sure if the crows are finding them on the hook or where they got knocked down, just that the birds are really panicky about people on hooks.

So to my knowledge they have broken Legion, Bubba, Fredddy, Clown, Michael, Oni, and Billy in some way or another all the while releasing an unfinished killer. How is that even possible?

Sometimes when you switch from victor to Charlette, Charlette stays at fatigue movement speed for the rest of the match, no matter what you try to do to fix it.

The two actions not having animations was a thing last chapter. I'm just confused as to why it wasn't fixed. Its blatantly obvious and actually makes the game look like its in Beta.
Anyway, I'm really confused at how some of these bugs would even come into being. Like all the Legion ones. They literally make no sense. Its like someone was fiddling with things in the background for funsies and accidentally put it into the live patch.

For the legion one, apparently Frank's Mixtape was bugged and they fixed it for this patch, and my best guess is that fix also broke Legion's power. Which...how do you not notice that when you're testing the fix? ...I guess that's just basic BHVR for you though.

It makes you wonder if they actually test things after they input "fixes".
But I wasn't mainly referring to that even, I am mainly confused by the "mask defines the voice now" bug. Like, literally, how?

The one white face shape outline mask did that when it was in the Legion archives, so it's something we've seen before, they just somehow spread the bug from that one mask to all of them. Which, speaking as a programmer myself, that's impressive breaking something that hard, I'd need to try to spread a problem that far at my job...

A rock can spawn next to the family residence killer shack door that survivors can walk between but killers cant

I hope devs catch up and wake of of the dream of poor performance yet unjustified due to the covid+work from home

- Pyramid Head gets stuck in an audio loop where you get free trail drag noises for life.
- Managed to get Deception to work once, the other 9 times I climbed into a locker to give the killer a kiss.
- On low settings you can see survivors in lockers when you enter a building.
- Kate's midsommar dress clips out of lockers.
- I was hooked in basement, but listed as downed. For added fun every time I began the escape animation I started decending into Hell.
The spaghetti is really unraveling this time guys.

There's rocks - multiple of them, on Ormond, that can be climbed on top of. Two of these rocks you can pick survivors up on, but not leave. Effectively granting survivors a free area where they can be downed and be completely safe until they crawl out of. One by a hook, and one away from main building
Leatherface not only doesn't get speed from his chainsaw, but he also has chainsaw sprint bloodpoints on top of this - his iri add-on (not flesh) restores his speed upon hitting a survivor. Duration stacked with purple chilli also deffinately seems far higher.
Double playing of flashlight audio on killer side if being blinded (I hate the new audio yuck.) This occurs if the blind was partially completed and restarted
Victor still engages regularly in kerbils space program.

@chieften333 You kind of already included this but he can get stuck on the top of the basement stairs in Ormond (as seen on footage, idk if it happens on all maps)

it's getting bigger and bigger, me i couldn't dead hard through a phantasm and got stuck tho it might be a server latency for the dead hard fail, but i couldn't move after.

Survivor hair, clothes, and other dangly bits can suddenly become really large or stretched.

Ikr you have to walk up to a hook then start holding the unhook button, earlier you could hold it then run up to the hook and it would automatically start unhooking which ruins the game so much

You'd think a simple game like DBD that has no innovation wouldn't break so badly for another simple patch? Just how badly programmed and unstable is this game, or is BHVR simply incompetent? This is pretty unacceptable.

Just a quick comment here:
I got adept achievement with the Twins in my very first match with them yesterday. So their emblems are working correctly, at least for me on PC

Bubba also got infected with the PH glitch where the chain saw rev sound keeps repeating. need to tap M2 to get rid of it.

Not sure if this is on the list or not but apparently Hag and Trapper can't put traps near or in the exit gates on the reworked maps.

I can't confirm this but I feel like emblems are very inconsistent. Like, more so than usual.

This list of errors made me lose my #########. You should seriously do comedy or something
I don't know if somebody else posted it, but sometimes the killer can get trapped in between a locker and a hook for the rest of the game if the survivor exits right before the killer opens it.

Are you joking this killer is fun but the speed is a bit much Nerf the speed for killers and what's with killers hitting you when vaulting and dropping pellets when on the other side they should be missing you unless you get hit before jumping over the almost 99% of the time get a cheap hit I say rework the hit system I know they changed it along the way it use to be better

This latest patch honestly seems like it has broken the game beyond repair.. there's no way they can fix the number of severe issues without causing even more issues.. it's done

It'll probably take them an entire chapter to fix all of these, but hey, we technically get that chapter devoted to bug fixes.

Yo Mr. @chieften333 I found you another one. As spirit on the new Ormond, in her phase a lot of the textures just bug out. I was playing on Low (because Ormond just tanks my FPS) so maybe that has something to do with it. These appear all over the map - whereever there are tarps or on the skis.
