OP killer perk combos
So I started using Opression and Surveillance together, for those that don't know
Opression: When you damage a generator, up to 3 other generators begin regressing. If the affected generators are being repaired, any survivors repairing them receive a difficult skillcheck.
Surveillance: Any regressing generators will be highlighted by a white aura. If the regression is interrupted on a generator, it will be highlighted by a yellow aura
So basically Opression has the potential to give you x3 Surveillance generators, WHICH IS ALL OF THEM AT END GAME! Or it blows up a generator someone is working on which 90% of the time when I kick a generator, it does.
What are some other OP combos you guys use?

The gens don't regress unless they either fail a skill check or no one is on it.
Doesn't Oppression activate a "very difficult" skillcheck if someone is on it?

Oppression surveillance is nice, but not terribly OP.
But if we're going off of the forums opinion I guess ruin undying is my OP combo

You must not have read/understood my last sentence, it makes a gen blow up 90% of the time. Also they don't regress if someone fails a skillcheck, the gen blows up and loses progress normally because Opression forces that difficult skillcheck upon activation.
If nobody was on the gen when it activated that's when it starts regressing and that's when surveillance activates.
Guess I should've included the difficult skillcheck part in the description bit

the perks ability shouldnt be reliant on the survivors, it will do drastically worse against the people you need it to work against, which are good enough to always hit the skillcheck. its useful but only if you end up getting to 1 gen left and at that point you're going to lose anyway.
7 -
It's more reliant on gens than survivors imo, the difficult skillcheck is an afterthought to the combo

Gotta be honest, they have good synergy but they're not OP. Good survivors can hit good skill checks anyways. Opression and Surveillance are good perks, but not OP - not even together.
4 -
Yes, it gives an Overcharge-style skillcheck and a notification that you just got Oppressioned.
1 -
Hm...I wonder if it works with Distressing Doctor.
1 -
You know what? I'll just go ahead and let you go against that Doctor. I want to retain my sanity.
Although I wouldn't be opposed to it having half the warning of a normal skillcheck, right now it is basically like the killer running Distressing but from halfway across the map.

Distressing, Lullaby as well...
Hm. I'll have to test it out once I purchase Twins with Shards.

Playing as blight with blood favour and haunted grounds is pretty fun! Not OP, just had to talk about that sweet bone tower power

not good combo ruin is a better pick simply because oppression has a god forsaken 80 second cooldown and there it's up to chance for you if that survivor fails the skill check.
0 -
Actually I think ruin would work great with this. I do hate the 80 second cooldown though
2 -
op? oppression is hot trash

It literally triples surveillance, and surveillance gives a lot of info. Saves a lot of time too when generators get hit by it.
It's at least mid tier by itself and the synergy is hard imo

so does ruin and surge

how is that OP....is there a new killer that can protect 3 gens at once that I am unaware of? no? well then....I mean yeah you know where people are.....now good luck stopping them
1 -
While its not op by any means, I've been running Nurse's/Deathbound together on pyramidhead and really enjoy it. Basically if you heal anywhere on the map, I know about it.
Got it comboed with BBQ & Ruin and just feel like I basically always know where everyone is on the map.

Dragon's Grip+Trail of Torment.
3 -
Sloppy+Blood Echo+BBQ+High Mobility.
1 -
Eh, Surge + Surveillance is probably better. Or heck, Ruin + Surveillance.

Right? I wanna say they would synergize well if you used all of them but I don't wanna use all my perk slots on gen perks
0 -
That does sound good, might give it a try. Love awareness perks

I don't think this combo is OP but running Trail Of Torment and Dragons Grip together is really fun. Kick the gen to get undetectable which doesn't go away until someone touches the gen and if someone touches the gen they become exposed. If you're REALLY SCUMMY you can just stay close to the gen undetectable and wait for someone to touch it and insta-down them. I personally like Trail Of Torment with BBQ & Chili so I can sneak up on other survivors.

I didn't see this before I posted. Completely agree 👍
1 -
Woah. Definitely gonna give that a try when I get Trail of Torment, nice combo
1 -
Doesn't it have like an 80 second cooldown? So you get info once every 80 seconds with 2 perk slots? Wow thrilling tremors is SUPER OP then....
0 -
Actually it seems you posted it 4 minutes before I did, lol But you're right I don't think it's OP either, But it is definitely a combination most survivors aren't expecting I originally tried it with insidious but that wasn't working as well due to having to stand still, but I run this build on my legion.

It's a good combination but the cool down makes it pretty useless IMO.
80 seconds is an entire generator and if you're relying on the information you get from Opression/Surveillance as a combination late game you're just going to outright lose against good survivors who pressure the last gens from both sides either way.
