HOW TO COUNTER SPIRIT JUST A LITTLE BIT
Okay , I knew it's not really good but , it's the build :

If you have excessively large balls you can run no mither instead of lucky break, then you won't leave blood and combined with iron will you will be silent even if she has stridor, you'll be injured the whole match but unless she's a really good spirit that probably won't matter
(if she's a really good spirit not having no mither won't save you)

I mean I usually just run a good distance and stop running at a good spot so I dont leave scratch marks. The spirit either keeps going or has to stop and look around for me. No perks required

Stridor plus all that in a casual match is a mood. I legit heard a survivor in the basement from the top of the saloon on Dead Dawg with all of that.

It's as easy as that, you be a better Killer than the Killer.

unless the Spirit got a decent pair of headset that is useless. Spirit will use sounds, pay attention to grass and listen for footsteps. its no mindgames involved

Did you hit your head? That is exactly what is involved in mind games. If the Killer is playing the Killer right - as you said, then they are playing Killer better than you.
