Victor has long cooldown after jumping

Some situation when Victor jump and not catch survivor he has long cooldown because he has not time dodge from survivor's hit.

That's the point. If Victor screws up a pounce, he's probably gonna get squished.

@DarKaron of course killers must be snipers :D

Snipers have nothing to do with it.
Victor's hitbox is quite generous, width-wise, so if you miss, that's your fault.
