What about your respect
This chapter isthe worst we have in all long time killerS don't work survivors and killer perks don't work and i can't remeber ather timewhere we have so many bug in one update. At the same time posts with any form criticism is ether will be closed or sent somewhere inthe forum where no one will see them. Now before i continue yes anyone who call them names or use extremely aggressive language they rightfully get ban but that not the point of this post.
They ask us to be respectful towards to them butwhere their own respect towards to us. They could delaythe DLC and fix it so at least the new killer andthe new perks work, they could let all od thoes post the criticism ( respectful) where it was so all the community see them heck they could even right an apology about the mess they create and then disabled the new killer until they fix her ( they say in the past they have many many different teams working on different thing sure the can put same of the 600 people they have to solve them), Insted we will get an "Q&A" tomorrow where they will say we will fix it, we don't know when and here 250k bloodpoint to say sorry for this.
So i am asking again where the respect for they part ?
Sorry for my bad engle and thank you for your time.

it's probably for the people insulting the devs. I don't have any doubts that devs are so passionate about this game and are the nicest person on the planet, but that doesn't change the fact that they are complete trash at bug fixing, game designing and balancing the game whatsoever.
sure, devs do not respect the customers, but we should just complain about the devs, not the persona. Hate the sin not the sinner, right?

And yet when we criticism they product we have the same response close the post or sent it in adyss. But tell me why they should not respect the customers they only reason they work right now is because of they customers. When you show them no respect or you don't care about ther feedback why they should stay ?
You may create a nice game but if you don't respect you customers they will leave and that's the this Devs need the customers not the other way.

sure, they do not respect us as customers, but we are intelligent human being and we should be polite, at least not attacking them; two wrongs don't make a right. The only reason the game hasn't failed yet, it's cause there's no competition and they can afford to be scummy and sloppy with these updates. Devs only care about money, they keep releasing skins, they have a bigger team on skin design than on bug fixing, they're investing way more money on this aspect of the game.
devs are milking the new player base, most of the old players have already left for many reasons.

Hey! Just to clarify a few things: You are free to feel frustrated and criticize the devs, but we cannot allow insults towards anyone, including the devs. This has been a forum rule since day 1.
If you want your feedback to be heard, it's for the best if it's constructive and respectful - whenever we made these comments, it's usually after we had to clean the thread from insults towards users and/or devs or when a thread got heavily derailed, a fight broke out, etc. I've already made a sweep through the thread at that time. We, the communiyt team, always forward feedback from the community, even the "negative" feedback, as long as it's respectful.
Here is a point of view of the same scenario, but different ways: We can't forward feedback that's insulting and demeaning towards the developers or any users. That'd make it hard for the feedback to be heard, because why would someone want to read a post full of insults towards them? Then you have the same piece of feedback essentially, but in a constructive way, that's something we'll happy forward. We're also the voice of the community. That's what the community team is here for.
Vents and rants are fine, those are feedback too that need to be respected from us and the team, but the essence of the message here is if it becomes insulting or disrespectful, that's when it becomes problematic. It is very hard to forward feedback that is written in a way that's demeaning. If we didn't allow criticism towards the devs and what they're doing, then many threads would be deleted as of now, which is not the case.
Just please don't attack them or anyone personally for that matter. Same to other users who may have different opinion, don't attack them, be respectful. This helps so much more.

If you read my post you see at the you side when you ban people who call them names or use extremely aggressive language it's rightfully and you should do it but when you try to silence any criticism you don't like this is where the problem and your disrespect is. You can't keep the only the good criticism and hide the bad.

I've criticized the devs and never had any issues. The problem is that what you refer to as "bad criticism" is often laced with insults and other statements intended to demean the devs. That's why people get banned, not because they offer "bad criticism".

I want to clarify something: criticism is not only welcome, but it's definitely needed, being it negative or positive, we do need criticism to improve.
However the way we express our criticism has a lot of importance too, some people tend to forget this and fall into insults and personal attacks directed to the developers, the moderators or other users. We do not silence people for their opinion, we are simply removing posts that break the rules, rules that are clearly stated and pinned on top of the forum's home page: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/kb/articles/137-forum-rules
There's also a misconception that people bring out every now and then regarding the Feedback section of the forums, saying it's where we "hide" the threads we do not like. Just to be clear, we do not have some sort of list of topics we don't like and/or "hidden sections" of the forums where we move these fabled threads, we move threads to the correct sections, if it's a feedback thread we move it to the Feedback section, if it's a lore thread then we move it to the Lore section.
There's a lot of wrong assumptions and it saddens me to see people bashing on me and my colleagues, forgetting we are players too, we understand and share the frustration with the community.

Why are you not posting feedback? The forum rules say that having multiple accounts is not allowed under any circumstances, but I don't think I have ever seen a moderator post feedback in any thread on their account.
