End game score board and player names aren't showing

During the game, the players user names do not show. After the game the scoreboard is completely blank. I am playing on PC. The game was bought through windows store.
I tried resetting the game multiple times and rebooting my computer, but the issue still remains. I also have a steam version installed so I checked that to see if the problem was still present but everything worked normally.
