The Keeper idea + perks (The Evil Within)
After the release of the silent hill dlc, I’ve been really wanting to see The Keeper from the evil within to be added in as a killer, and hopefully have Sebastian added as the survivor! This is my draft for a power idea and a few perks, but everything needs changes, it’s just a draft.
ability;
Ruvik’s wrath.
The Keeper comes equipped with 4 safes that can be placed anywhere around the map. Once a safe has been placed, The Keeper can teleport to anyone of the safes with a 20 second cool down after each teleport. When teleporting to a safe around the map, the Keeper will trigger a 3 - 5 second animation of him tearing off his safe. The safe that the Keeper is teleporting to will visibly shake to notify survivors.
Survivor’s can disarm the safes, and each safe that is disarmed The Keeper automatically gains one back.
While disarming the safes, survivors suffer from the oblivious status effect for the duration of the disarm. Due to the barbed wire around the safes, survivors become injured for the duration of the disarm. Once the safe has been disarmed, the survivor automatically heals and gains a 5 seconds speed boost up to 100%. The safes take 10 seconds to disarm.
If The Keeper is 25 or more meters away from a safe, he will be notified once a survivor starts disarming a safe.

Barbed wire traps.
The Keeper comes equipped with 4 barbed wire traps that can be placed on vault locations, pallet walls and doorways.
These traps take 10 seconds to disarm, but can be disarmed faster with a toolbox.
If interacted with, the survivors running speed will be decreased by 20% for up to 5 seconds, and the survivor will become injured and suffer from the haemorrhage status effect for 60 seconds.
If an already injured survivor interacts with one of these traps, they will instead suffer from the broken status effect for 60 seconds.

Perk 1 | Hex: Father’s Instinct.
You become obsessed with one survivor.
For each time you hook a survivor that isn’t the obsession, you gain a token.
For up to 4 stackable tokens, each time you hook a survivor other than the obsession, the other survivors will suffer from the oblivious status effect when within a certain distance of the obsession.
1 token: 4/8 meters.
2 tokens: 8/16 meters.
3 tokens: 12/24 meters.
4 tokens: 16/32 meters.
Each time you hook the obsession, you lose 3/2/1 token(s).
The effect lasts as long as the related hex totem is standing.
The additional meters of the oblivious status effect are unlocked in tier 3 of the perk.
Perk 2 | Close Watch.
You’re always aware of your prey’s mistakes.
Whenever a survivor fails a skill check, you see their aura for 3/4/5 seconds.
Close watch has a cool down of 40/30/20 seconds.
Perk 3 | Persistence.
You become obsessed with one survivor.
For each time you end a chase with your obsession, you gain a token, up to a stack of 4 tokens.
For each token you gain, your affect of regressing a generator is increased.
1 token: 5% more regression.
2 tokens: 10% more regression.
3 tokens: 15% more regression.
4 tokens: 20% more regression.
For each time you hook the obsession, you lose 3/2/1 token(s).
