Just look on the Picture and you see what i mean DBD just fix the stupid matchmaking....

    you had a single match with missleaded matchmaking, probably you took a while in matchmaking and your searching opened more the rank barrier, would be an actual bug if you had it more than just once

    Really? I've had soooo many matches that were hugely imbalanced. I'm a rank 16 killer. Just learning how to play various killers. "Late" (typically around 9 pm east coast time or later) I get hardly any matches with survivors even close to my level. Had one survivor taunt me about how easy it was when they were 8 ranks better. I get matches with green and purple survivors all the time. Very rarely do I get red rank, but it happens (I assume they are in a group with another player, but that's just my guess.)

    As a level 10 survivor (now 6), I had a level 2 killer. How does that happen?!?!? He mopped the floor with all of us.

    There should be an option to have "closer" matches, knowing it might take longer.

    Later at night it happens a lot for both survivor and killer queues, and being on the other side of such an unbalanced match is rather disappointing as well.

    This is a sacrifice for lower queue times, though; reducing waiting time is currently prioritized over matching people evenly rank-wise. This approach is understandable.

    It’s bad, I’ve seen worse, still needs to be fixed, should never, ever happen, even if they are attempting to secretly trial their new system..

    I'm a green rank killer and all my queue times are instant (under 30s), whereas survivor queue times take 2-5 mins. The issue is a lack of red and purple rank killers to fill the demand.

    There's nothing players can do to fix this. It's all on the devs to convince more people to play killer, and play killer frequent enough that they rank up into the high ranks.
