Why have they put the resolution only to 65% and not be able to lower it to 0%?

I am not a person with a great computer, but with 0% I could play at 60fps without problems at 1920x1080, and now the menu goes to 40fps and the maps go to me like 30/39/42 FPS.

Why did they do this? it is not funny neither for me nor for the people who have not so powerful computers.

I bought the game yesterday and now I have to play it with low FPS? Revert this change now, I can't enjoy the game.

Please change this, or at least add in the game options an option to change the resolution, since after so many years, it doesn't have it and I don't want to be modifying the options of the text file.

I will look into this for you, a couple of other people have brought it to my attention as well.

Thanks Mandy, I swear to you, it's impossible for me to play well, with the fps drops, when the killer hits me the game lags a lot and my character runs to places that I don't want.

Same for me. Didn't play the game for 2 days or so and now it's running at 30-40 fps because I can't set the resolution below 65%.

I have checked on this. And the actual measurement on the slider is exactly the same as before just with a different number (but the in game effect is exactly the same)...this was done as 0% resolution is actually not a thing (you wouldn't be able to see anything for example) so this is reflective of what it used to be as 0% which is the lowest setting the game can go. So it's made no difference to your hardware or your FPS in game, if you're having fps drops it's not connected to the slider or 65% resolution in anyway.
