I sometimes have this weird Mandela effect experience of a DBD Killer that doesn't exist.
Sometimes I'll have memories of a Killer that isn't in the game. He's a stalk-based Killer called the Advanist and he was what got added instead of Oni. He leans and marks like Faceghost, but grants himself new attributes like Myers.
He doesn't exist in the slightest, but I have vivid memories of playing as him on Haddonfield and even memories of my friends telling me he's really, really bad.
Weird, huh?

Sounds very similar to the 3.0.0 dev version of Ghostface.

Lol I thought for WEEKS that there was a killer between demo and oni and his power was teleportation, like a mix between nurse and hag, and I was camping, so I couldn't play to get it out of my head. I kept calling him the nag and I wanted to play him again SO badly, but when I got home he wasn't there:(

That's really cool and interesting, but it's not a Mandela effect if you say that "he got added instead of Oni" cause those are to happenings occurring at the same time.
Is more like you lived on two realities or some sort of crazy Sci-fi thing

Damn you D< Now I need to look up what the actual name of that phenomenon is. It's not Mandela effect, that I know, but I forgot what it was.
It was related to Deja Vu, but....ggnnnnnnk

Well, I certainly can't relate to that. The only thing that happens to me once in a while is that I dream of playing a certain killer that I have never played before and the dream is just so much fun that I will start playing the killer then.

False memory, I guess.

Let me just check one thing...

False Memory seems to be the overarching term for things like this, but there is a specific thing for this. The Mandela effect is more 'mistaking/taking faulty information for the fact' (eg if someone would start believing characters/ideas from fandom famous fanworks are canon) whereas this seems to be more 'mistaken unreal information (having dreamed about something e.g.) for real info'.
I know things like Candle Cove (well, what happens in the creepy pasta) are related to this.
