Shadow nerfing is really shady

BHVR, if you're going to screw up the flashlights you could at least put the changes in the patch notes. Every time you make shadow changes, like the movement changes a couple patches back, it comes across as really shady. Honestly the flashlights feel awful to use and should be under serious consideration to be reverted.

If they change it again next patch I'm down to believe that they are doing it to keep players from being too good.
