Basements

I feel like basements that are not under the killer's shack are almost always useless. It is so hard to get to them when you are carrying a survivor. On some maps it feels like navigating through a small maze, by the time you find your way the survivor already wiggled out. Anyone else feel like this? I see a lot of discussions on how maps are heavily survivor sided and I never see this point being made.

Not me, some maps have building that the basement there is much better (Springwood, new Gas heaven, Azarov resting place, Coal tower ect)

Maps like Clown/Nurse realm, Ormond, Coal tower, Thompson house...have basement too cornered on the map to get use. Once the Gen near those shack is done, the area is pretty much abandoned for Killer.

I've made this point before, trust me. Basement locations are incredibly unfair, being moved around the map like they are and not being accessible via temporal tear from anywhere

Killers have a god-given right to basement use and the ability to completely disrupt a match by hanging one person down there. It's absolute survivor bias that I don't get to utilize it whenever I want
