Crossplay option disappeared on PS5

Hi,


was just playing with friends (PS4 and PS5), one of them got disconnected during a match. After that, the person that lost connection had an 18 hr ban show on my console, everybody else in the lobby saw she only had a 5 minute ban.


anyways, so I restarted my game and since then the crossplay option has disappeared entirely. However, I can still join an lobby with PS4 players, they see the crossplay disabled icon though (I don’t see it).

anybody else experiencing this? What can I do? I tried restarting the PlayStation and also using my partners account - but I’m out of luck.

    I have fixed the problem. I used my PS4 to sign into the Game, disabled and reenabled crossplay, now it’s working on my PS5 again.

    Weird.
